Complete the Application Form below to order OFFICIAL Irish Divorce Certificates, also known as a Final Divorce Decrees.

Decrees are issued by the State Courts when a divorce has been finalised in a final judgement by the Court.

A copy from your Solicitor is NOT sufficient for official purposes as it is a third-hand copy by the time it reaches you.

You will need a Certified Copy from the Courts and it may be required when applying post-divorce for a new Passport, State or Private Pension application OR if applying to remarry in – or – outside the State.

Please note we cannot issue copies of divorce decrees from the Dublin Circuit Family Courts.

We cannot offer an express service for the issuing and delivery of Divorce Decrees.
